spirit: stallion of the cimmaron
Great book and easy for kids to read. No nightmares here! Good story line where the good guys win and the ending will not disappoint the little ones...or the readers. This is a Tale with a meaning behind it and lessons to learn while providing action and a love story suitable for young readers. It Encouraged my kids to inquire about history and initiated a great teaching and learning opportunity for all of us. I Cannot recommend this book enough. It's a favorite in my family--the movie and the soundtrack are even better. The kids loved the movie and the soundtrack is easy listening for us too.

Bonita was Great!
I love books aout horses lives, but even the shortest one takes me forever to read. with Bonita It took me 2 days to read it was soo good, I even bought Seirra to read also!

A "MUST GET" BOOK
This book is very good! Anyone who loves horses, you'll LOVE this book! I didn't like how it eneded, btu that's my opinion. I like Maria, Bonita's owner who sets her free so she won't get captured by the soliders of the war between Mexico and Texas. I cried when she did. This is an excellent book. even if you don't like horses, or reading books about, you should read this book any. I want to read Sierra, too. You will find out who Sierra in the end of Bonita. It's a great book!

Fantastic
This book was awesome!!! I love how she described everything in detail and took everything from the horses point of view. I read this book and Sierra in the same day!!!! I am telling all horse lovers to read this book!!! It is about Bontia, a stable horses, who is set free by her owner, Maria, because Maria is afraid that the soldiors, from the war, will capture her. Bonita is captured then by solidors and they use her for the war, when she finally gets free, she meets up with Paco, a donkey, and they become friends. Then Paco and Bonita find Rapheal, a wild stallion and they begin roaming with him. I won't tell you the whole book, but something happens to Rapheal. That's all I am going to tell you, but READ THIS BOOK!!

Esperanza Rules!!!!
This book is amazing! I have read all the other books in the Spirit collection, but this one is the best. I like these books because they are about wild horses. Esperanza is a palomino(and Spirit's dam), so she is my favorite. ESPERANZA RULES!!!!!

A Very Good Book!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I loved this series. I loved how the author took it from the horses point of view and not the humans view like so many other books have done in the past.

I hope Kathleen Duey ( the author) will keep writing!
I recomend this is a good book for any horse crazy people ( and the other books too!).

How to Draw Spirit Stallion of the Cimarron and Friends

A very great book!
You can't buy the book "How to draw Spirit and Friends" in Germany, but you can order it! I'm come from Germany and I've order this book! I hope, it is a great book. You sad it's great and the booktitle sounds very good!

Super Spirit
This is one of the most greatest spirit produts, It has step by step drawing tips on how to draw spirit and Friends.

Excellent drawing guide for "Spirit" fans
The title of the booklet "How To Draw Spirit And Friends" is somewhat self-explanatory. Fans of the movie "Spirit: Stallion Of The Cimarron" will have hours of fun looking at and trying to copy the excellent illustrations of DreamWorks artist Lawrence Hamashima. The drawing tips are interesting not only for children, but for everyone who wants to learn more about the artwork of animation drawing as well as horse anatomy.

At the beginning, general tips for drawing are given, while extra tip boxes appear on the following pages, pointing out interesting drawing facts the reader might not have noticed otherwise. Step by step it's explained how to draw Spirit as a colt, Spirit, the eagle, Rain, Spirit running, Esperanza, and Little Creek. Each chapter is preceded by a short introduction telling about the western frontier and horses.

Except for a removable full-color poster, the booklet is in old-fashioned sepia colors, thus adding to the Old West-style. The result is a highly recommendable drawing guide for fans of the movie interested in the brilliant artwork of "Spirit: Stallion Of The Cimarron."

Seirra: ( spirit stallion of the cimarron)
This book is awesome!
i read it in 1 day I loved it so much!
It is a good book for horse lovers who like adventure books-and not to mention liked spirit-
It is one of the 4 great books of Kathleen Duey.
This is my favorite one.
Seirra is a rambonciuos filly who enjoys galloping through the valleys- but the new leader of the herd is cruel to her forcing her out of the herd-...........

Spirit Of The Cimarron: Sierra
Sierra is a wonderful book. It is even better for a horse lover. It is about a young foal of the untamed West. She was born in a free herd there. But then a young proud stallion comes to take over the herd. Sierra carelessly runs to far from the herd which leads to a total disaster. She meets up with a lone stallion who takes care of her while taking her to an Indian Campground. She relizes that she has a new home here with these people and with the stallion. This book is a great adventure tale. But is probably even better if you are a horse lover. I give you my word that I just couldn't put it down.

Cimarron Rose (Harlequin Historical Series, No 560)

Men Love Romance Too
There are those who say that men do not read romance novels. For me , this has been true, once in a long time a romance author comes along that captures your attention, but mostly your heart. Nicole Foster is such an author. Her writing style is so captivating that I read this book from cover to cover without being able to put it down. In fact, I missed my connecting flight to Dallas, so that I had to take a later flight. But did I care? No, because I had Case and the woman who captured his heart, Katlyn, to make me dream of those steamy romantic moments that once drove me to pursue the woman of my dreams. Nicole Foster writes from the heart and somehow is able to create characters that seem not only real, but ones that you want to know. Few authors have been able to accomplish such literary achievement.
I have read all of Nicole Foster's books and I look forward to reading her next one. My heart throbs for this author.
